Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I was pleasantly surprised by the privacy of my room tucked into a corner of the hotel, right outside the vending machines, ice machine, and employee elevators. The Queen bed and full-sized sofa bed offered a cozy stay, although the room was a bit on the smaller side. The service was exceptional, with staff being super kind and supportive of any extra requests. The location was perfect, close to the subway, financial district, and Faneuil Hall, offering a real family-friendly vibe and easy access to Boston's attractions. The dining options, while somewhat frugal, were adequate for my needs. Overall, a great stay with some minor drawbacks.
Upon arriving at the hotel, I immediately noticed a heavy perfume smell in the rooms. They were smaller than expected but clean overall. I did find them a bit noisy, so if you're a light sleeper, earplugs might come in handy. The service was fantastic, with the staff being both helpful and pleasant to chat with. I particularly enjoyed the feature that allowed me to connect Netflix from my phone to the television. The location was superb, right in the heart of the city center and conveniently close to a metro station, making it easy for remote work and exploring Boston. Unfortunately, the dining options were limited, especially for vegans, which was a downside. The hotel had good-sized rooms and great service, and the price seemed reasonable for the value offered.
My stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The room was more spacious than anticipated and equipped with all the necessary facilities like a fridge, microwave, and cooktop. The cleanliness standards were top-notch, with thorough sanitization measures in place. The location, although small, offered a beautiful setting at a very reasonable price.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms were great, spacious, and equipped with good kitchen facilities, but I expected a little more for the price paid, especially in terms of towels. The service was mostly fantastic, with the staff being incredibly helpful and accommodating, although there was a slight hiccup during breakfast hours. The location was wonderful, with easy access to main restaurant areas and attractions, but there were some concerns about sustainability practices. The dining options were adequate, although limited for some dietary preferences. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
The hotel rooms were a great size and clean but incredibly dated and shabby looking, although they were comfortable. Unfortunately, the late-night noise from nearby construction work was a major downside. The service was a mix - while some staff were helpful and friendly, others seemed indifferent. The location was good, especially for business trips, with easy access to fun activities. The dining options were basic but adequate. Overall, decent value for money considering the location.
The hotel offers great privacy in cozy rooms but falls short in some aspects. The staff is a mix of rude and helpful members. The location could be better, but the service compensates for it. The dining options are limited, yet the facilities are satisfactory.
The hotel is in a convenient location in the city center with easy access to public transportation and various attractions. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, providing a cozy stay. While the dining options are limited, the nearby restaurant offers a great dining experience. The service exceeded expectations with helpful and friendly staff.
The hotel was beautiful and spacious, with a fabulous view and equipped with a little kitchenette, making pumping and cleaning for the baby much easier. Tucked into a corner of the hotel, it afforded great privacy. However, the room was small but clean and equipped with everything you need. Before our check-out time, the staff was trying to clean the room.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was nice, equipped with a kitchenette for breakfast in the room, and a good shower. It was not cheap but worth it for the quality and amenities it offered. The service was exceptional, with helpful and cordial staff who went out of their way to assist. The location was perfect for me, being in the financial district yet quiet, with easy access to restaurants and Boston attractions. The dining options were a bit limited but sufficient for my needs. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable stay.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms and extremely accommodating service. The convenient location provided easy access to great restaurants and tourist attractions, but the dining experience was a bit underwhelming. Overall, it offered good value for money.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were pristine, and I loved the hand sanitizer in the elevators for extra cleanliness. The bathroom was a bit small, but the rest of the room was spacious and comfortable. The service was top-notch, with very sweet and helpful staff, and the location was unbeatable, just a short walk from great restaurants and attractions. The dining experience was a mix of excellent and subpar options, and the facilities were wonderful.
The hotel offers a cozy atmosphere with attentive service and convenient location, yet the room size may not justify the price and functionality felt cramped at times. The variety of snacks and refreshments compensates for any minor inconveniences.
The hotel had big, comfortable and clean rooms, adequate for a good night's sleep, with friendly and helpful service. The location was perfect, close to many attractions, but lacked breakfast or lunch options on weekends. Facilities were in line with expectations.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable, equipped with a desk, chair, armchair, small refrigerator, and microwave. However, the room felt a bit small considering the price. The service was outstanding, with courteous and helpful staff who were very friendly and customer service oriented both before and during our stay. The location was fantastic, just a block or two from Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market. The dining options were limited, but the hotel had a British Style Pub nearby. Overall, a great location and friendly service made up for any small downsides.
The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of the city with easy access to many attractions. The rooms are modern, quiet, and clean, though on the compact side. The service is accommodating and offers conveniences like dry cleaning and grocery shopping. The dining options are adequate but could be more appetizing. The complimentary soft drinks and snacks at the location add a nice touch to the stay.
